Life Story
Barbara Jurecki-Humphrey, loving wife, mother, grandmother, teacher and friend, passed away on Thursday evening December 16, 2010 at age 67. She was born on June 9, 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from St. Stanislaus High School in 1961. She was a dedicated 6th grade teacher at Bath Elementary School in the Revere Local School District for over 20 years. She was also committed to helping others learn to nourish the body with natural cooking for physical and spiritual well-being. Barb aided many people around the world in the recovery of their health. She is remembered for her contagious laugh, her love for life, and her selfless devotion to others. She is preceded in death by husband Joseph A. Jurecki, 1984, and sister Eileen (John) Faron 2009. She is survived by her husband Robert A. Humphrey, her daughter Janet (Jurecki) Goda, son Jeff (Erica) Jurecki and stepdaughter Erika (Brent) Pfeiffer.
