The Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service (VNS) Center for Loss and Hope in Ohio is holding a free support group this holiday season to help adults cope with grief after the holidays.

A support group called “After the Holidays… Now What?” will meet January 8 from 2:30pm – 4:00pm and again from 6:30pm – 8:00pm to discuss the stress-related feelings and heartbreak that can sometimes effect people after significant holidays.

The group will meet at Hospice of VNS Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Road in Fairlawn. Participation is free but limited so please call to reserve your spot. To register, or for more information, please call 330-668-4662 or 800-335-1455, Ext. 4662.

Hospice of VNS has set out to alleviate suffering, engender hope, promote living and facilitate grieving among patients with serious or life-limiting illnesses, their families and their communities. VNSA serves Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Wayne and surrounding counties and is a member of the Akron General Health System.
