Many wonder if there is a “wrong†type of floral arrangement to send to a family or friend who is grieving over the death of someone they loved. The answer is not really, so long as the arrangement is thoughtful. There are a variety of traditional, generally considered appropriate arrangements you can send as sympathy flowers. Flowers really do make us feel better. That is according to research conducted at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. The sight of flowers, concludes the study, triggers a happy emotional response in people, increasing the feeling of satisfaction and positively influences our behavior.
Many of us want to do whatever it takes to make someone happy during a time of loss. The awkwardness of the time and the difficulty in finding the right words to say make it easy to find other ways to spread merriment.
