Dailey worked in such films as No Way to Treat a Lady and The Amityville Horror. in the 1960s and 1970s. She also appeared in The Twilight Zone and The Edge of Night.
Dailey went on to become an acting teacher at the Herbert Berghof Studio in New York, and later opened her own school, the School of the Actors Company.
