Research has shown that one of the best means to cope with grief after the loss of a loved one is to share your experience and communicate with others. 

Legacy Meridian Park Hospital in Tualatin, Oregon is offering Grief Recovery Classes to families that have suffered a loss three months ago or longer. The classes will be made up of small groups of individuals that can share their experiences and learn from each other on how to cope with grief after a death of a loved one.  The sessions will begin Monday, September 8, 2008 and are offered at two different times during the day.
