RIP Paul ‘Playboy Buddy Rose’ Perschmann
Popular professional wrestler, Paul R. Perschmann, better known by his wrestling name, Playboy Buddy Rose, passed away on Tuesday at his home in Vancouver of natural causes. The wrestler was 56 years old. Playboy was a staple in the Portland wrestling community. He started in the 1970s with the Portland Wrestling company but went on to more national recognition in the 1980s when he wont the American Wrestling Association tag-team championship with Ed ‘Colonel DeBeers’ Wiskowski. In his later career, he started a professional wrestling school in Portland with Wiskowski.
His fans are mourning the loss of a great entertainer and a recognized personality in the community.
