Symptoms of Ovarian Cancer
Right now solid testing to screen for ovarian cancer have not been created to such a point where early detection is the norm. Right now 80% of women who are diagnosed with ovarian cancer find out that the cancer has already spread to other parts of their body making it all but assuredly fatal. To keep an eye on your body for signs of potential ovarian cancer, watch out for the following symptoms:
- Bloating
- Pelvic or abdominal pain
- Eating difficulty
- Feeling full quickly
- Urination changes like urgency or frequency
If you notice any of these symptoms persisting each day for more than a week, schedule an appointment with your gynecologist. Even if you think it’s just a stomach bug or an infection, get it checked out. Don’t ignore your body or put this on the backburner. It could help save your life or save the life of someone you love.
