9/11 Memorial and Museum Receives $2.29 Million

The National September 11 Memorial and Museum recently received a $2.29 million donation from the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation to help fund its exhibits, including the “Introductory Exhibition.” The museum will feature recordings from September 11, 2001 survivors who agreed to share their experiences. These stories will serve to demonstrate how the world reacted to the attacks.

Frank SchottFrank G. Schott, Jr. of Massapequa Park in Long Island was a loving husband and father who fell victim to the attacks on the World Trade Center in New York, September 11, 2001. He was 39, and he was working as an assistant vice president of technology for Marsh & McLennan on the 96th floor of Tower One.
