Lech and Maria Kaczynski, the president of Poland and his wife, were buried April 18, 2010 in a massive state funeral in Krakow. The couple died in an airplane crash last week that also killed 94 Polish dignitaries who were flying to Russia to attend a memorial service for Polish prisoners of war killed in Russia during World War II.

Over 30 million people tuned in yesterday to watch Michael Jackson’s funeral. The service was held in the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles. The memorial, like Jackson himself, was an extravagant production.
