Grammy-winning jazz musician Freddie Hubbard died on December 29, 2008 at the age of 70. Hubbard’s legacy carries on in the many trumpet players he inspired during his life. Ornette Coleman, Sonny Rollins and John Coltraine all collaborated with Hubbard during the course of his career.
