In Memory of Selena Lovon Quezada

Today, the family of Selena Lovon Quezada remember their little angel.  Selena was only ten years old when she was suddenly taken from them on October 16, 2006. Though this little girl had to struggle through many challenges, she warmed hearts and made lasting impressions with her family and her schoolmates.  She loved computers and video games, but her grandmother above all else.

Maria Chapman, Daughter of Steven Curtis Chapman

New Book Addresses Grief and Coping After Child’s Death

Ann Hood never thought she would help so many women when she began writing her new book Comfort: a Journey Through Grief.  The true story relays Hood’s path of coping with the sudden loss of her child and the ways she dealt with her grief.  In April 2002, her daughter Grace died from a virulent form of strep. The loss left her in a state of overwhelming despair. She found her way toward life again by taking up knitting.
