I'm 49 years old. This an important point, because I notice that the older I get, the more people die. This I know is natural. However, it feels like none of it makes sense. Oddly enough, Brian was cooking for me (the lamb chops he'd bought were in the fridge after he'd died) because I wasn't eating after losing Joanna last month to death. Who were Brian and his wife Pat? They were friends, and I trusted them. Maybe that doesn't sound like much, but it is. Brian died on Sunday morning. Pat is distraught, and all I can do is hope Pat keeps herself safe. Like I said, death and bereavement are more a part of my life than ever now I'm older.

My thoughts are with you Kathy. The feelings you share really do represent what so many others experience. You are not afraid to open up and I truly believe that by sharing your feelings you can help yourself heal. You also help to heal all those that read what you share. Thank you so much.
