Stimulants create depression

Here is a little bit of advice: if you are taking a lot of stimulants such as caffeine, it can give you depression due to the crash effect that is common. So, if you don't want to be depressed avoid over stimulating yourself

Very true. The body becomes addicted to the stimulant so when it doesn't get 'enough' of what it has been used to, depression ensues.

If your body is immune to the stimulants, you may go through many withdrawls and have side effects. I think doing other things such as being with more positive people and trying to keep your mind oocupied will help.

I agree that they do create depression especially, if an individual is physically addicted. They will do anything for there next fix. This could also cause depression, if they do not get what they need.
