Tonight, for a change, I'm thinking of other people; sad people. I wish that people knew nothing of life processes, including death and bereavement. I know some young people who don't know of these things yet. They haven't been bereaved of anyone or lost anything or failed in life. In one way I feel sorry that they will learn how fragile life is (if they live long enough). There is also something in me that can't see those who are inexperienced in these life processes as total human beings. I think we are who we are because of or in spite of negative life events. So maybe any concern for those are bereaved is misplaced...
