I've dealt with depression myself and have also gone through the process of contemplating how I'll commit suicide - down to the tiniest details on my burial. But God is great He also used the very same circumstances to make me realize that He wants me to cling on to Him. It was never easy but gradually, I learned to depend on Him more and more and seek His counsel through prayer.

You are so right, I think that most people forget that GOD can bring you out of anything that may be hendering you from him.

I turn to GOD too when I have nobody else to turn to. I believe he helps me out through the roughest parts of my life. If it wasn't for him, i'd probably be with him today. Prayers do work, if you truly believe in him.

I turn to GOD as well. Soometimes I feel down, not down enough to have suicidal thoughts though. I pray at times when I feel down. It really does heps.

I am a strong belieiver in prayers. I pray when I feed sad. I ask him to give me strength for the enitre day. It helps when I pray.

I didn't use to believe in prayer but I taught myself that if I let go then he will take control. So that is what I learn to do. Just let go.

I pray for everything and all my loved ones. I even pray for the ones that passed. I also give thankness for what I have.
